If you are a business founder or start-up, TUM Start-up Consulting will provide you with fully-founded advice and active practical assistance in all major fields and at all major stages of your start-up. We shall be there to advise and encourage you from your initial idea to your successful establishment in the market. And, as part of the TUM Entrepreneurship project, TUM Start-up Consulting is available to academics and students at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) free of charge.

Process

Developing your business model - Identify business opportunities, develop a business idea, and screen your market.

Drawing up a business plan - including product or technology (USP), marketing and sales, financial planning.

Grants - We help you acquire grants like EXIST, FLÜGGE or GO-Bio (BioTech start-up campaign).

Coordination with university agencies - Get support with processes at Patent and Licensing Office, central departments of the Technical University of Munich.

Building up a business - We advise you on strategy, finance, organisation, sales, and project development and planning. You will draw up concrete steps and milestones in a workshop, putting things into practice.

Financing - We consult you on all forms of possible financing.
